Tracy brings us an unusually broad range of skills, from creating big ideas, to gently managing designers, to obsessively tweaking type. She has a master’s degree in art direction from VCU Brandcenter, and the equivalent of a PhD in popular culture from Netflix and HBO. A true empath in a tough world, she has never, ever, not given a damn. It is a wonderful flaw.
