Brilliant minds welcome.
We’re an amiable but passionate group, working in an open space that’s flooded with natural light, two blocks from a train station and bike trail and a half-mile from Conshy’s best bars. We’re always looking for certain kinds of people:
People who never give up
People who doodle on the side of the cereal box
That girl who started the all-girl band
The guy with the duct-taped Nikon
Former bad boys
Former Boy Scouts
People who climb mountains
People you’d follow up a mountain
People who make us better

Come help our lead UX designer concept and execute clean, elegant web design and meaningful user experiences. Please bring a sophisticated eye, solid user interface design skills and a healthy respect for detail. Know when less is more. Know how to translate experience requirements into intuitive and functional designs, then present them persuasively to your peers and clients. We’re a place where young designers are treated with respect, learn a lot, and get plenty of opportunity to shine.

We’re in search of a brilliant art director with a solid design background. We work on TV, print, digital and a bunch of stuff that defies categorization. To succeed, you’ll need an inquisitive mind, a strong work ethic and a good eye. You should also have an agency background, a minimum of five years’ experience and a body of work that’s stunning and conceptual. An appreciation for craftsmanship and a slightly obsessive attention to detail wouldn’t hurt either.
